High Oaks Consulting approached Limewash to help them launch the business, with a brand they could be proud of. Although currently only a small operation, their ambition is to grow into a 10-15 person boutique consultancy within five years. They chose Limewash's business start-up package to develop a brand that would be appropriate throughout this period of rapid growth.
Using our audience-first approach we helped Chris, the Director of High Oaks Consulting, to articulate who his key audiences would be, understand their considerations and work out how he needed to position his business to be most successful.
High Oaks Consulting are experts in structuring and managing projects and people. From this the idea of directional arrows coming together to form a tree was developed. The tree as a symbol also connected with the brand name.
Other concepts were also created based around key elements of the company’s offering such as people, networks, and technology.
The concept symbolises direction and consulting with the use of arrows to form the shape of an oak tree. The colour palette reflects the change of seasons and the contrast of the grey with the brighter orange and green gives a smart professional feel. The typeface was also chosen to give a contemporary and professional feel without alluding to technology.
